Accountability trackers are monthly tools that have purposeful performance tracking. Team engagement and awareness of the follow through on their goals and commitments becomes a great conversation and celebration.
QUARTERLY TRACKER
Quarterly tracking brings observation of trends and continued growth. A customized target reached for three months consistently invites a reward system to activate engagement and recognition.
BUDGET TRACKER
No matter how much money you are earning, it is money management that has your team tracking their growth and planning their rewards. We discuss diversifying portfolios, investments, networth and wealth management.

Program structure
The program will be a Virtual Live Video Sessions / In-person (when possible)
Program Length: The Certified leadership facilitator training is projected to be complete within 4 – 6 sessions (10 hours total), An orientation session with your leadership team, a workshop with all of your team, and monthly foundation training sessions.
** Leaders may choose to receive a leadership facilitator certificate for coaching their team with My Life Planner foundations. Monthly sessions are one on one.
OR
**All of the team Can participate monthly to receive the ” Strengthen your foundation” certificate of completion.
Date: We will jointly determine a start date once I have received a signed project proposal.

In the end, you will receive a certificate for our leadership facilitator program that empowers you with the digital and physical tools to enhance performance within your team.
*Completion of this course will be based on participation and completion of all the foundational tools.
*Completion of an agenda for hosting performance meetings.
If taken as a team a Strengthen your foundation’s program completion certificate will be given.
